Our company initially started out repairing roofs, but we got tired of fixing other roofers’ installation mistakes—so we decided to start replacing them ourselves. Now we replace roofs for residential, commercial and HOA buildings.

As the saying goes, the devil is in the details. If 99% of the roof doesn’t leak but one part does…then that roof has failed. Or if an entire roof is installed properly except for one flashing, that roof has also failed. A roofer’s challenge is doing the small details correctly, whether that’s installing flashing around the chimney, priming flashing prior to installation, or making proper nail patterns on step flashing.

Anyone can watch a YouTube video on how to install shingles or slap some tar on a roof. The expertise lies in mastering the details of the work. Our 10 plus years of experience repairing faulty roofs has taught us to pay close attention to these details to ensure we don’t miss a single detail and do the job correctly the first time.

Step 3: Our team will provide samples and work with you on picking roofing materials and colors that coordinate seamlessly with your home.

Step 4: While on the job, our technicians will follow the OSHA mandated safety steps while giving your home its brand new roof.

Step 5: During the process and at job completion, we clean up. Our goal is to leave your property cleaner than when we first got there.

Q: How long does it take for the city to issue the permit?

A: Permit issuance depends on the city you’re in. Since COVID-19, we are experiencing delays. Permits can take anywhere from 7 to 30 business days.

Q: How long does a roof replacement job take?

A: The duration of the project varies depending on the size of replacement. Roof replacements take approximately 5 to 10 days. This is dependent on city inspections as well. The Production Team will be able to provide you with an accurate time frame once they have your work order.

Q: Do I need to be present every day for the roof repair or replacement work?

A: You do not need to be present everyday. We will give you updates at the end of each day.

Q: Do the technicians need to come inside?

A: The technicians do not need to enter your home. They, however, need access to the inside of the garage for a power source.
